    Are you ready to put your strategic mind to the test? Get excited, because the Summit School of Chess monthly chess tournament is happening TOMORROW at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds! This is your chance to compete, win awesome prizes 🤩, and level up your skills.

    What to expect:

    • Open to EVERYONE: Beginners, Intermediates, Advanced, kids to adults – all are welcome! (special section for adults - don't worry!)
    • Prizes galore: Trophies 🏆, cash 💰, and bragging rights are up for grabs!
    • Brain-boosting fun: Chess isn't just a game; it's a workout for your mind! 💪🧠

    Important Reminders:

    • Plan Lunch: We offer a variety of beverage and snack concessions. My inlaws are live preparing fresh food: Fried Potato Tacos or Chicken Fajitas.  Otherwise please bring a packed lunch. 
    • Fair Play: We're all about a good, clean chess battle. No outside help or chess engines allowed!
    • Sanitation: Clean hands, clean moves! Please wash or sanitize your hands before each round. 👍
